Silent Retreat at Lluc Monastery
Through silence, back to yourself.
Five days of silence at Lluc Monastery, high in the Tramuntana mountains. Kundalini Yoga, meditation and Qi Gong to find your calm and your way back to your strength.

„Your strength lies in silence. You only need to hear it again."
Five days in silence, high up at Lluc Monastery, surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains. No packed programme, no distractions, but a space where you can arrive fully back in yourself.
We practise Kundalini Yoga and Qi Gong, meditate, go out into nature and drink fresh spring water. The silence carries you through the days and lets you feel what lies beneath the noise of everyday life: relaxation, calm and your own strength.

Marion Khalsa Kaur
I guide women back to lightness, to aliveness and to their self-empowerment, to the radiance that arises when you are fully yourself again. For me, spirituality belongs in the middle of life, grounded and undogmatic. Meditation, breathwork and mantras are tools you can draw on for the rest of your life.
