Coming to rest, in silence and in sound
In my Healing Sessions, you can let go completely. Two paths support you in this: Sat Nam Rasayan, a meditative practice from Kundalini Yoga, and Sound Healing, a sound bath that guides your nervous system into deep relaxation. Both bring you out of your thinking and back into feeling.

Which session is calling you
Sat Nam Rasayan
A meditative practice from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. In deep silence, a space opens up in which you can let go and fully arrive in yourself. In person in Mallorca or as a remote session.Sound Healing
A sound bath that holds you. You lie down, breathe and let the sounds work on you: deep relaxation for body, mind and soul. No previous experience needed.Good to know
Do I need any experience in yoga or meditation?
No, not at all. To receive a session, you need no previous experience whatsoever. You do not need to know anything, prepare anything or achieve anything. You can simply be there, and I take care of everything else.
Is a remote session as effective as one in person?
Yes. Sat Nam Rasayan does not work through physical touch but through meditative presence. That is why being in the same room is not necessary. You make yourself comfortable at home in a quiet place, I hold the space from a distance, and afterwards we talk on the phone. Many women experience the remote session as just as deep as a session in person.
Do I have to believe in it for it to work?
No. Sat Nam Rasayan is an experience, not a belief system. You do not have to be convinced of anything. It is most beautiful when you simply come, lie down and feel for yourself what arises.
What if I fall asleep during the session?
That is perfectly fine and happens often. Falling asleep is a sign that your body is accepting the deep relaxation. The session still works. You do not have to hold on to anything or stay awake.
How many sessions do I need?
That is entirely individual. Some women feel a change after just one session, others prefer to come regularly for a while. There is no minimum package. You decide what feels right for you, and we look at it together.
Is Sat Nam Rasayan the same as Reiki?
From the outside, the two look alike: you lie relaxed, and it is quiet. The approach, however, is different. In Reiki, energy is sent through the hands, using set hand positions and symbols. Sat Nam Rasayan does not send energy and uses no rituals. I go into deep silence and perceive what shows itself, and in perceiving and allowing, tensions can release. Both are meant as a complement to, not a replacement for, medical treatment.
Would you like to experience it?
Send me a short message about what is on your mind right now, and we will find a date for your session. No pressure at all.
